A/N: First one for 17.
Howard woke up at his usual time and discovered that Vince was gone. Shocked, Howard went downstairs to find out what the matter was-perhaps he’d have to defeat an evil starfish that had invaded Vince’s dreams. That was what had happened last time. The time before that, it had been a blue, fanged carrot threatening to eat Vince before Vince could eat it.
“I DON’T EVEN LIKE CARROTS!” Howard remembered Vince shrieking in his sleep.
So Howard went downstairs prepared for anything.
Except Vince in a fluffy white bunny suit, happily hiding eggs about the shop.
Howard cleared his throat. Vince turned around while tucking an egg behind Howard’s jazz pencilcase display. Howard didn’t stare at Vince’s bum, clad in a fluffy bunny tail. No, not Howard Moon.
“ Mornin’, Howard!” Vince said brightly, skipping around the shop and hiding another egg.
“Umm…Vince…sorry, but what is going on?”
Vince looked perplexed, a look which was difficult for his Brain Cell to pull off. Howard silently appreciated the effort.
“I mean…the rabbit suit. Why?”
Suddenly, Vince grinned. “It’s Easter! And I’ve got a special egg for you.”
Howard took the offered egg. Inside, there was a single jelly bean.
“Right…thanks.”
