Man, I love swimming. But swimming laps multiple days this week is a lot of work.

I happened to look at the gym swim team's "warmup" chart, and the first item on the list (400yds freestyle) was more than my entire (short) workout today (350 yards). Yeesh I'm out of shape. Years ago when I was on the swim team I used to do 100yard races like it was nothing... I would have thought all the fat I have would help make it easier now! :)
