Dream Epicness 2.0

So, as a lot of my dreams start, I'm in Europe, with a group of people. We're touring around, but weird things keep happening. Eventually, we end up discovering that we're not just normal people. We're some sort of odd collection of supernatural beings. Unfortunately, we've all been gathered together on this trip because one of the powers of the supernatural world wants us dead (potentially for our powers). Also, unfortunately, in this world, until you know what you are, your powers do not manifest, so we were going to have to battle this attacker with very little knowledge of what to do or how to do it.

I was one of the creatures most similar to a werewolf, though a little more beast and a little less wolf. There were some people who were more like knights, and then there were one or two people who weren't fighters at all. they were faeries; people of the Fey. They had to run when it came to the fighting because, to the Grendelkin (the persons attacking us) they were the real prize. Apparently, the only way to really battle and kill the dark side of the supernatural was to use this specific type of metal, but it could only be made or found by the faeries. (It seemed that the metal could only be found, not made, or vice-a-versa. Not both.) The more I think about this, I find it funny because, traditionally, the Fey are powerless against iron, so the faeries being the only ones able to find this metal is hilarious.

The really odd part of the dream was the actual fight, because it ended up being more like a fight in the role playing games I take part in. We were still acting out the fight, but we were also calling out our moves like there was a storyteller there taking our rolls. Eventually, the grendelkin and his mother (a more feral version of him) were disabled enough for us to try and escape. The dream ended about there.

And now, I kinda want to write this up in a story. Who knows.
