What you do, is you identify a problem you can change.
I'm not saying you can change all of your problems, but at least one of them is usually possible.
Its best to get your problems off your chest, too. Breakdowns aren't fun.
Rage consumes, but guilt can too.
I've hated school all the way up until last year. I'm loving this year, and I'm flunking out of school. Who needs to pick a career anyway when you're failing?
Its not a problem to feel unhappy or sorry for yourself, its a problem when you wallow in it. Yes, I'm unhappy; that doesnt mean you have to sit on your ass about it. Start sorting out your issues.......we all have some...

Writing helps, but I've had a block for close to a year now. That might even be part of the problem at hand.
Dancing is a possibility. Perhaps I shall try that out. Naked. And film it. And mail it to you.
