      Green Vegetable: Spinach Salad with Grilled Shrimp:  Baby spinach, Mandarin oranges, red peppers, chopped egg and bacon tossed in orange poppy seed dressing and topped with a skewer of grilled shrimp, crisp onion strings and Feta cheese.
