I can't believe I missed it!
I've been a home owner for over a year now. Seems I was too busy recovering from a Mom visit to notice.
During the first year in my condo I:
- bought new bedroom furniture
- bought new appliances
- got lots of artwork (3 of which I painted myself)
- used my new grill and patio furniture
- have been overdrawn on my checking account far too many times thanks to bills
- have had a grand total of 17 people, besides me, at my house
- got a part time job to help pay the bills
- have had 1 dinner party
Hmm... I need to be less anti-social and more clean so I can have MORE people over.
My condo is BE-YOOT-I-FUL!
(Now, if only I could afford it.)
