Patriot Act provision relating to libraries/bookstores struck down

i am so VERY excited about this. we had a petition in my store against this, and it raised a lot of awareness--a lot of people were shocked to find out that the government could demand the records of what they'd purchased from us without any probable cause. but now i can take that petition down!
