Do you ever ask someone to spell an author's name and they just repeat the name, but don't actually spell it for you? Are they stupid, or is this an act of condescension?
And does anybody work for Waldenbooks? I put in my two weeks notice yesterday at a store that rhymes with Smooks-A-Billion, and I was wondering how the Borders company, on the whole, treats its employees.
