It Won't Be Soon Before Long
i haven't been writing much about anything lately. been doing more reading that catching up on dramas, but that's going to change soon i think. i'm about one third through my reading list. i plan on doing a write up on those novels soon, but for now, on to my new music.
i recently purchased Maroon 5's newest album It Won't Be Soon Before Long.
it's awesome, like previous album, but the sound is very different. where the first album was much more "rockin" and electrically guitar driven, this one's pretty pop (not that i never classified Maroon 5 as pop). it inda reminds me of like, Prince and MJ pop, with a hint of retro-ness. every song's pretty catchy. here's their first single Makes Me Wonder for those who haven't heard/seen it
lyrically wise, it's awesome just like Song's About Jane. here's my favourite song of the moment from their album:
