I suppose, in light of recent events, it's a good thing I was raised by Muggles and that I've been forced to adapt to this city without my wand. It's given me a bit of a headstart on the others from my world, who can't seem to manage too long without magic. Doesn't mean I'm not thick enough to realize who you're talking about.

... you're reading too much into it. [Can you hear the smirk in her voice, Ron?]

[Snorting, definitely heard it.] If you wanna play it that way.

... Think there will be a place out there?

I wasn't the one who started this game.

I hope so. There are a few possibilities, and once I'll get them together, I go over them with you and Harry.

Must have been since I wasn't aware it became one.

I'm fine with any place so long as there's a kitchen and no degnoming once a month.

You're the one who mentioned something about playing.

Why am I not surprised? Though, to be fair, I don't think you need to worry about gnomes anywhere in Adstringendum.

Seemed like the right thing to say.

What, expect me to say anything different? Dunno, though, Harry said they had dragons here so I wouldn't put it past.

Your mum is a very sensible woman, Ron, in case you've forgotten. [Smug Hermione is indeed smug.]

Only when she's not yelling and sticking her nose where it doesn't belong. [He doesn't like that smug tone either.] Bet you wouldn't have said that last summer.

She's your mum. No matter what you do in life, her nose belongs there. And what do you mean, last summer?

I know that, still doesn't mean I want her to do know everything I do. Before the wedding, of course.

I don't recall saying a word against your mum before the wedding. She was a bit teary, but that's to be expected, given everything that was going on.
