Back to Breitenbush
This weekend I'm going back to Breitenbush Hot Springs. You may remember me posting about my trip there last October as part of massage school. Technically I'm still going with the school, but it's not in an official capacity as a student this time. You see, the school has merged with another, so this was supposed to be something of a farewell, last hurrah. All staff, alumni and guests are invited, so this time I'll have Peter with me, but far fewer of my own classmates.
I loved Breitenbush the first time around, even though it took me awhile to get over my anxiety about the casual nudity. This time I'm hoping I'll get over that part more quickly so that I can enjoy myself all the more! And, of course there's a bonus in that I don't have to attend any required classes this time around. My time for the entire weekend is mine and mine alone. And, since Breitenbush is entirely off the grid, there's no phone or internet to distract either of us. Yay!
So, wish us a safe trip! We leave tomorrow morning and will return on Monday evening with about a 5-6 hour drive both ways.
