Regulus Arcturus Black?

First of all, visitors may notice this group isn't as active as it was immediately after the book came out.  We started this group specifically to hash out HBP immediately after it was released.  Having done that, most of us just don't have anything new to say directly related to the plot of Book 6.  However, if you have anything you'd like to debate or think through with the group, you'll notice it's still monitored by everyone, and I'm sure we'll all join in on any discussion that grabs us.  ;-)

Second, has anyone noticed what's going on with the R.A.B. thing over at the Lexicon?  The Lexicon announced earlier this week, "Regulus' middle name is Arcturus. He is the mysterious R.A.B. who stole the locket horcrux*."  They even walked through the meaning of his middle name ("the fourth brightest star in the sky and the brightest star in the constellation Boötes, approximately 36 light-years from Earth").  They were very emphatic that the source for this evidence was someone capable of providing canon material, though they declined to say who their source is.

The odd thing is that they have now taken down that August 29th essay on "Regulus Arcturus Black" and replaced it with one on Regulus Black which doesn't list the middle name or insist he is R.A.B.  In addition, the note they put up on their "What's New" page talking about this has been changed from the long post it previously was, to a brief note stating:  "Well, this has been interesting. And it gets more interesting by the moment."

Very weird, people!
