i cringe at the thought of having a child. Being someone's Mommy?? What does that mean and how do you become and stay a good one???

I read a beautifully sad quote that i love about motherhood in Margaret Atwood's A Handmaid's Tale: No mother is ever exactly what a daughter desires and I expect it works the other way too.

*hugs* even when parents refuse to see you, remember that there are others who do.
