Parents=Irrational Beings
Raise your hand if your parents have been noticeably crazier over the past couple of years.
Not gonna lie...it kinda makes me nervous to have kids. I always tell people that I just don't feel like being pregnant, or that I'm not sure if I would be able to devote all the time that a child would need. Honestly, I'm just afraid that I would lose my mind, like my parents and all my friends/family's parents seem to do.
Are we gonna lose all our good common sense if/when we have kids? Are we gonna become irrational beings that don't see two sides to a situation? Are we gonna shun our kids if they don't do things the way we think they should? What if they date people we don't like, or have friends we don't like, or pursue careers we don't like?
They seem fairly rational on some things, unless it's concerning your life. Why do they freak out about stupid stuff? Did they forget how they were as young adults?
I can't even take parents. Maybe I won't procreate, because I can't stand the thought of losing my good common sense.
