I tend to do a quick calculation in my head of number of customers x 2 (the usual tip for a stage set). I take that total, and that's my estimated take for that particular set. I add that to what I know I already have (let's say the estimate is $40, and the previous amount is $80, giving me $120 by the time I'm done my round).

See this is why I can never do your job. I'm one one of those can't walk and chew gum types. I would fall flat on my face. But watching and cheering and tipping I can do easy.

(oh and hee! I found out that the guys around the base call the stip clubs "The Ballet" how cute is that? Widdle army guys trying to sound cultured and everything!)

When I was in the USAF, we were blunt and honest.

"Bored now."
"Strip Joint?"
"Lets go!"

LOL. Alot of the guys call it that because a: they are way to concerned with PC and b: they want the women nearby hearing it thinking they are cultured.

I prefer my husband to be blunt and say "Hey Hun, I'm heading over to the strip joint for a bit with the boys!"

*snicker* My husband gets from me "how come I can't go?" "What do you mean some of the guys get nervous when I go are they still upset I bitched them out for not tipping?" and the most important: " tip nice and behave while you're there or you will get your ass kicked by Brandy!"

(Brandy is my dad's ex gf who now runs the club the boys go to regularly....she does not tolerate assholes in her club)
