It's starting to feel like summer...
So it's apparently really hot outside, don't know if you've noticed. Scorching, you might say. But I finally feel like I can relax a little bit. I had the interview with the agency on monday and they offered, so that's awesome news.
Yesterday, Chris had his knee operation. Luckily, they decided the miniscus was repairable once they opened him up, rather than removing it entirely. He won't be able to walk for 4 weeks but he has a wheelchair. I got to try it out. I hauled ass. I tried going around the house and if anything got in the way I just knocked it over. Last night was the after-showcase acting class so we talked about that for a bit, then rehearsed for the LA showcase which is only less than a week away. Not much time to rest. More stress to come. After class, met up with Ashton, James, Leon, et. al at the rec center and played Mao for a couple hours. The entire point of the game is playing with someone who doesn't know the rules and they get a card every time they break one (i.e. failure to do the hokey-pokey after playing an Ace). And I was the one who had never played.
Today, I've done absolutely nothing. Just watching the world cup and walking around without a shirt. It's kinda nice.
