Rant of the day
So this is following uncomfortably on the heels of my similar rant the other day, but you know what I hate? When you have to call someone back to confirm an appointment. I don't need a reminder, and I don't want to have to call you. Because I am a functioning adult, when we made the appointment I wrote it down and am aware of its existence. If I couldn't make it, I would have contacted you already to reschedule. I'm not saying I never miss an appointment, but it doesn't happen very often. Am I the only one in the state that actually knows how to use a calendar?
