Zombies! only b/c I'm listening to Colson Whitehead on an NPR podcast
skip=a_lot is giving me tons of Yuletide recs, and that plus dSSS has gotten my Instapaper filled up again, just as I'd finished with all the spn_j2_xmas etc. Perhaps it's time to splurge on that membership and get more than 20 at a time on my Kindle.
Have whipsawed between people-full activities (holidays, events just after return) to introverted cave-dwelling (last gasp of cold and boy working all the hours that exist) which leave me feeling a bit odd.
New attendee at this week's critique group was a 60-something man in hornrims who admitted he started writing fanfic after seeing a Swedish vampire movie a couple of years ago. Adorbs.
