The Force was with me last night
My costuming muse has been in hibernation lately, but something happened last night to rouse it.
I stopped at my local Radio Shack to pick up a coupler, planning to spend $5 or so, and wound up spending a little more...
They had Master Replica "Build Your Own" Lightsaber kits with a manager's special for $50. They only had a couple left, and I guess they wanted to clear them out. They're normally around $100. I've been wanting one of these for awhile, and at that price I couldn't pass it up.
Since it's a kit, I want to see if I can incorporate the blade into my "Lightsaber of Earendil" that I made for Luminara. I'm not sure if it's thick enough to accommodate the workings or not. We'll see.
