And this heat wouldn't suck so much if it would just rain!!! We don't sit upstairs anymore cuz the heat is unbearable so everything gets watched or read or played downstairs! I'll have to go around with some jugs in the wheel barrow this weekend! Even the weeds aren't growing! I don't like the weather machine dudes! Bring it on bitches! At this rate I'm gonna activate my mutant X genes 'n then I'll be able to transport anywhere 'n fly! Cuz who doesn't want to fly!?! Like a phoenix! :)
I managed to harvest most of my Chinese cabbage 'n it only took three days to make 27 large mason jars of kimchi! Now my kitchen smells cuz the brine is bubbling over but everything inside the jar looks yummy! Mmmm! New strains of bacteria! I can't wait to try it! Next, I wanted to try lemonade spinach. You should've seen Jame's face! LOL! Loving the extra counter top! I still dream of a huge kitchen! :)
Speaking of dreams: do you ever feel like your meeting peeps on the "other side"? Some are teaching you things but then the other night I had a voice come up behind me 'n whisper, "I will have you for breakfast." Oh my, right!?! The only thing that happened in the morning was an itchy nose! Ya know how they say when someone is thinking of you... Well, at least he just got to tinkle the nose 'n nothing else! ;)
Almost completed my list of demands from health ministry for the centre. I just have to hunt down bleach testing strips 'n then wash ALL the dishes in the centre. Last weekend I made a pinterest butt pot cuz I'm so tired of the cigarette butts all over the driveway! It hasn't blown over yet. We shall see if my smoker peep friends use it! I even hung a little Thank you sign cuz smoker's are sensitive! :)
Now it'll be a matter of keeping all the animals cool in this heat! I fill up watering cans 'n just set 'em all in the run so it's very available! I feel like I got on top of the mites on time! This heat is bringing nasty pests as well as some strange! I had to get a new bag of D.E. Last year I paid 22. This year I had to pay 45! Bloody hell! Being a farmer sucks cuz all your extra money goes towards keeping everything organized, clean, healthy.... but the leaders who wear suits say the food prices won't go up. That's okay. The farmer can go bankrupt 'n then you can grow your own bloody food! *sigh*
Phone still hasn't rang! Still waiting to hear from Lise too cuz Jame forgot his phone this morning!
I still have to get his beer!
I don't know if we have to pick Dee up.
