long walks on the beach
I was thinking about going to a zoo on the other side of Japan today(!!) but I woke up to my alarm at 6:15am and was definitely not feeling it. Oh well.
Instead, I went to a port/fish market nearby and walked along the beach.
Lunch! Lots of squid, and only 735 yen ♥
It was raining/hailing at different parts of the city during the day. I was lucky to be indoors during all of the major icky. The clouds were really pretty, though.
It's so cold outside, and windy! when you go by the ocean, but there is something very comforting about that scenery. I think I could spend the day there, reading or sitting or whatever with a warm drink and blankets. I'd like to, when it's sunny.
I am not looking forward to a gloomy/wet winter, but this kind of sky is dramatic and beautiful.
