I watched Speed Racer religiously when it was on Cartoon Network. I'm so excited that I can now associate it with Jin!

Q: What is it like, formally, having your on-screen girlfriend next to you?
J: I thought, she's really cute...

Q: What do you mean by "sexy voice"?
A: When you listen to him with headphones, his voice sounds like it's mixed with sighs... or, better yet, it's very breathy, and matches really well with Speed in the movie. I listened while thinking, "What a gorgeous voice!"
Q: Is your voice always like that?
J: If my voice were always breathy, that would be scary! It would freak people out.

J: ....no! I prefer Western music.
Q: What about you, Ueto-san? Where was the furthest you've driven?
A: I think probably Funabashi.
J: That's a very basic place...
A: Usually the IKEA in Funabashi is about the only place I go.
Q: So you don't drive yourself very often, huh?
A: Yes, I drive pretty infrequently. I like the passenger's seat the best, after all...
Q: During dates, too?
A: During dates, the passenger's seat is better, too. If someone asked me to drive I might get too nervous and get into an accident!
Q: Where would you want to go with your boyfriend on a date?
A: My ideal would be saying something like, "Oh, I want to eat that!" and driving for as long as it takes to have a nice meal.
Q: Hope you don't get fat.
A: Quiet!
Q: Akanishi-san, where would you want to go with your girlfriend?
A: See! He keeps asking strange questions, right?
J: I'm a pro at those kinds of questions! I usually don't go by a plan. It would be nice to just drive out somewhere on a whim, completely impulsively.

I really don't think I have a sexy voice. I've been told that so often now that it's kind of embarrassing. In my first experience, I was impressed to learn that there are various rules to voice acting, too... it has been full of new insights.
