everything leads back to you

I totally missed this story back in March apparently when it came out, so maybe not all of you have seen it either?  This newspaper says that Jin's brother, Reio, is debuting in a movie at the end of the year called "Sanjuukyuumai no nengajou" [The thirty nine New Year's cards]... which the governor of Miyasaki prefecture is also going to be starring in.  They're looking for extras [whole website with extra announcements *___*], but no movie website :/  It doesn't look big budget.  About: war, defeat, post-war... through life in the Showa period in a small town in Miyazaki, a young girl and a young soldier are the cores around which the movie depicts the love and bonds that connect different people.

But more importantly, recent picture of Reio!!  Jin's features on someone who looks different!  So weird, so weird.  The only major difference looks to be the jaw line? and they look like completely different people.  He also almost looks older than Jin does?  It doesn't say what agency he's going through, but it specifically says not Johnny's and not through any of Jin's influence [whatever that means].  Hmm.

It also says he changed his [stage, probably] name to 颯太(Fuuta).  Which is coincidental because I came across this when googling that name because it's the [fairly unusual, especially that reading] name of the character I'm trying to woo in this DS game.  Everything leads back to Jin somehow.  :3

I have major 対抗意識? competitiveness overload problems.  I still haven't gotten anything you would consider "substantive" to do, and pretty much everyone else already has because I volunteered to do something stupid but slightly time consuming back when we were all just sitting around.  Grrr it really shouldn't have come back to bite me, but I need to become a fixture in the foreign relations area before more new people come and I get ousted into menial/administrative crap forever.

I gave my first independent tour today, and it went swimmingly.  I can enjoy this easily.

Next week is when stuff will actually begin to happen, or it better, or I will spend my days looking up committee hearings and waiting to ambush people on their ways to them.  This seems like a foolproof plan to spot all of my favorite Senators!
