I made lots of food today♪
This week's staple is pasta salad.
I haven't made rice since my mom left over a month ago, but I think I'm going to make takikomi gohan again later this week. Since I don't do rice, thinking of less Japanese/Chinese-style food has been hard! I haven't experimented in a while.
I bought shirataki, so I'm going to try kasa-mashi-ing (adding healthy filler) to the rice a la Gyaru sone. What would life be without easy access to all these fun ingredients?
