Ada had figured Sparkle would forgive her for ditching out on Demon Marcus today. After all, it wasn't every day your island was docked on an alien world, that was basically one gigantic CITY where you could actually see the sky.
Besides, she still owed Dante a burger, and Ada always paid her debts. "See anything that looks tasty?" she asked, stopping in front of one of the many cafes to check the menu. "I mean, I ain't sure what half of it is, but they'd tell us if'n it wasn't for humans. I think."
