I started jogging again on Friday. I note the date here so that I can either track how long it takes me to throw my knee out again or celebrate how long it behaves itself. See, I've left off running long enough now that I'm sure whatever damange I did last time has healed, and I've been exercising in the interim in low-impact, knee-strengthening

I've been swimming as a low-impact alternative while my knee healed, but the season for that will be over soon. I wish I lived in an area where the thought of riding a bicycle did not fill me with truck-related dread.
