I don't feel so fancy....
For the past week..I've been letting myself go just a little bit...and every time I felt like crap.
SO guess what?
IT ALL ENDS HERE.
FUCK BINGING.
FUCK MAKING MYSELF VOMIT TO SEE HOW MANY CALORIES I CAN RID.
FUCK FOOD!
Blech....I'm in Delaware visiting family and of fucking course I fuck up my body a week before I go.
God. I'm going to be the fattest one there. I can sense it.
These are the 10 foods I'm allowed to eat while I'm out here starting Sunday (Today):
1] Garden salad (Tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, celery, MINIMAL cheese, low fat dressing).
2] Fruits (Strawberries, grapes, dried cranberries).
3] Cereal (Cheerios, anything below 150 calories).
4] Subs (Ignore as much bread as possible, minimal cheese, minimal vinegar, minimal oil)
5] Smoothies (Low cal ONLY.)
6] Popsicles
7] Tofu (Preferably grilled with no fattening sauces)
8] Garden Burgers (100 calorie kind ONLY.)
9] Hummus (Replace butter)
10] Frozen yogurt. (As a treat. To make myself not crave everything and eat everything in sight)
These are the foods I've been eating that I need to stay the FUCK away from:
1] ICE CREAM
2] BROWNIES
3] CINNAMON BUNS
4] Anything FRIED (French fries, veggie burgers, corn dogs, stir fry, noodles, etc.)
5] CHINESE
6] Taco hell burritos (Including their god damn empanadas)
7] Wendy's Ice cream frosty shakes *Shudders*
8] BUTTERFINGERS, MILK DUDS, RAISINETTES AND CANDY IN GENERAL. (Safe candy: just get an icee or a diet coke)
9] POPCORN.
10] ANY BREAKFAST ITEM: Pancakes, waffles, crepes, muffins, eggs, high fat granola/cereal). (ONLY EXCEPTION: Low cal muffins, and low cal cereal).
If I don't feel like eating I'll just fucking lie up the ass. I'm so sick of this. I feel like clawing myself apart and getting rid of any excess. I was so CLOSE. Oh well. 3 steps forward 2 steps back. I'll get there. This will NOT happen again. Fuck no.
