Bwahaha! From a crazy recipe book entitled 'Fit for A Bishop or How to keep a Fat Priest in Prime Condition' by Stephen Lister. Its a hilarious piece of literature published in 1955 that I picked up at the antique store in my home town because I just COULD NOT leave that in the shop under any circumstances. xD I really should attempt to cook from it one of these days - but I'm constantly distracted by the asides whenever I pick it up.
