The InSimenator does mean you can do a whole lot of stuff thats not normally available in game -- but only if you choose to.

Basically I only use the objects version, and I only buy the versions I want to use at any one time, largely only for story telling. You can set things like making everyone's motives maxed (or making everyone's motives 0 if you like), set skill badges, personality. You can kill people at will for varying reasons, or resurrect people. Also use it to make townies etc selectable so you can change their hair or set their stats with InSim.

With InSim, for this, I could set my girls to get pregnant by Saul, and then accelerate the pregnancy so they gave birth immediately. Then I used it to grow the children up so I didn't have to play out all of their lives to get all of their photos. ^_^ The longest part of this part of the experiment was me decorating the houses to the hilt XD

InTeen is the one that means teen sims can get pregnant -- though you can turn it off. I have InTeen installed but not for the teenage pregnancies (although I'll surely have one of those at some point). Its got a lot of other options in flavour packs too -- one of the major reasons I have InTeen is so that I can force my sims to get engaged/married instead of them having only the stupid 'committed relationship' option. URK! XD I WANT PRETTY WEDDINGS! *laughs*

I find it SUPER useful for setting up original CAS sims, thats for sure. I hate that they're so limited! >_<;; I always use it to adjust them when they're straight out of CAS -- setting their personalities with more points than they're 'born' with especially -- that and christianloves' college adjuster! XD I hate that they come out of CAS (or come out of being townies >_<) with only 4 want slots and one lock. NEED MOAAAR! XD
