WTH Livejournal. Its like you don't actually WANT customers. Its nice of them to offer, but for such a short period of time without notification until its "too late?" Interesting business model there... Oh well I submited a support ticket and we'll see how that goes. ^_^
This be what I sent them: Missed the extra weeks credit time in lieu of the downtime as I don't follow the paidmembers posts religously, and only just saw the mainpage now as I normally go straight to whatever page I want to see without going to the main page.
Headed there today to see the very awesome 'reminder' only to find that the offer had expired.
After trawling through the posts in the paidmembers notification I see that this method of sending in a support ticket should work for manual addition? :D
