Prologue:
"NOOOOOOOO!! He can’t die! He must not die! Yabu, please stop them! Ryosuke can’t die! He won’t die! He promises me! He will always beside me! He will protect me! He won’t leave me alone! Nooo!" Chinen's arms still held by Yabu, who tries to stop him runs to Ryosuke’s bed.
The doctor just told them that Yamada has no hope for life. He’s lie down coma from yesterday. If until this evening he doesn’t conscious, then it is likely he has very small chance for live. Even if one day he wakes up again, then his whole body will be paralyzed due to brain damage that he suffered. His family had already decide if until 9 pm tonight he still doesn’t awake, then all his life support equipment will be disconnected, so that he would die in peace.
All members of JUMP so sad to hear it, but they don’t have the right to refuse the decision. Yamada family has been decided and it will be implemented. Only Chinen continues screaming and struggling, against the decision. Yamada is everything to him. He can’t live without him. Moreover, Yamada’s coma because of his mistake.
Flashback:
"Yuri, don’t walk in the middle of the road! If you're not careful you could get hit." Yamada shouts, trying to stop Chinen from jumping up and down in the middle of the road.
"Don’t worry. Don’t you see, Ryosuke? No cars pass at all in here. It is 02.30 in the morning. What cars passing at this hour?" Chinen stuck out his tongue, still jumping up and down in the middle of the road.
They have just finish training for JUMP concert next week. In fact, the training already finished long time earlier, but they both still don’t want to go home and eventually they’re go to the river to relax. It’s already dawn when they finally feels cold and start to go home. Chinen is in happy mood today. Yamada agree to come and stay at his house today.
Chinen continues to walk and crossing at a crossroads. At that time a truck drove straightly toward him. Chinen who is shock only stare, stun in silence, unable to avoid. Yamada sees Chinen and quickly ran and push him to the curb.
A sound of car hit something echoes in the stillness of the night. Chinen who fell by the wayside stand up and turn around. He saw Yamada lying with full of blood in front of him. He immediately approached him.
"Ryo chan, ryo chan, it's okay, it's okay." He mutters. "You'll be fine. You’ll be safe." Tears stream down his cheeks. "You’ll survive. You must survive." Chinen tries to hold his hysterical voice that will soon come out.
Yamada coughs. His mouth coughs up fresh blood. "It's okay, Yuri. I'll be alright. I'm just sleepy. I want to take a nap." Then he smiles and starts to close his eyes, but Chinen stops him.
"No! You can’t sleep now! You have to keep your eyes open, Ryosuke. No! Don’t sleep! You have to stay awake!" Chinen screams hysterically. "I'm sorry, Ryosuke. I'm sorry." He sobs.
"It’s not your fault, don’t cry." Yamada tries to remain conscious. His body doesn’t feels anything, no pain at all. He just feels very tired. It’s very difficult to keep his eyes open. His mouth is still release fresh of blood. Clearly that his body injures inside.
"Hussh….my Yuri shouldn’t cry. I'll be fine. Just, you must know that I love you so much, forever and ever." After Yamada says that line, he faints.
"NNOOOO!!" Chinen shouts.

Chinen at his house now. Yamada family forces him to go home because he continues refuse the decision. Now it’s already evening, around 7 pm. Only remain 2 hours to the decision whether Yamada will stay alive or not. Chinen tries thinking hard. 'What must I do? What?’ He’s pacing in his room, trying to figure out a plan.
Suddenly he remembers something. He goes to his warehouse and takes a basket containing her grandfather's thing. He takes a wooden box which is quite old and brings it to his room.
His grandfather gives him a key pendant as a key box to his inheritance, with one message, ‘Use it when you need it and you don’t have any other way.'
Chinen opens the box and find a small bottle of gold liquid and the paper folded. Chinen opens the paper. Inside his grandfather's note, Chinen reads it.
Yuri, if you open this box, means there is something very crucial. If this is relate to the healthy or human life, then, this thing can help you. This is an extract of the last ancient bat that should have been extinct. I find it while research under the Fuji mountain. No one else knows about the bat presence except me. That bat can live by drinking fresh blood. All animals that he kills, he doesn’t eat them, but he sucks their blood.
This extract can heal back people who are seriously injured, coma, and even to revive the human who had died, maximum one day after he is declares dead, or the extract can’t be use.
Of course, these drugs have side effects. People who drink this extract will have the same character like that bat. He will need blood in exchange for food. He will have eyes that are sensitive with light. That’s why he can’t come out in daylight without wearing sunglasses. And he will have a bat agility, which can move in a place that complete darkness or not have light.
The way you use this extract is that you must mixes this extract with your blood and inject it into his heart, then, he will recover.
Notes: He will pretty much immortal. There is only one way to kill him. And this thing is really important. He can only die if…………………………

Arriving at the room, Chinen directly goes to him. Yamada is still lie down coma in bed. Chinen’s directly injected that spike into the bottle and fill it with that extract. He mixes it before inject it directly into Yamada’s heart.
"Come on Ryosuke, you have to live. You can’t leave me alone." Chinen mumbles as he continues pumping his heart, trying to make it beat stronger. Chinen efforts no effect, because the heart monitor shows that is no change in anything.
At that time, Yamada family comes into the room. They see Chinen who is still pumping Ryosuke’s chest and pulls him with force. Doctor and nurses starts remove life support equipment from Yamada's body. Yamada’s heart stops beating, a sign that he’s dead. But when they want to move the body, Yamada suddenly opens his eyes.
"Yuri?" He calls.
