We are having a baby tomorrow. Induction starts at 6:30am (i may still be asleep at this time.. jeez). The nice thing is that i have to give myself an enema before bed. Wait. What? Do what now? Lazy hospital people!! Why do i have to do this? Aren't there people for that? I already don't get to eat, just so they don't have to clean it up if i barf, now i have to flush out my own ass? My insurance is paying for what, exactly? A bed, a field trip's worth of people coming through to look at my girlie goods, a tv, and a machine that goes Ping! Nice. The doctor shows up all leisurely and catches the baby. So. I can't eat. Sleep is negligible. I get to awkwardly flush out parts of my body i can barely reach. AND. AND i also get to do all the work. I know this is probably an argument others have had, but i feel the need to complain because it's either that of freak the fuck out. Having a baby is such a magical time.
Anyway, wish us luck!
