Wee!
Yippee! My Shane got his taxes back! We didn't think he would, but then there they were. I'd helped him find an extra $200 or so and also helped him to e-file, and now we can get the baby essentials and also a bed for us! That alone is great, as we sleep on a futon. This futon, mind you, has a nicely thick mattress on it and was a terrifically comfy bed (the only way i really used it) for a few years. In fact, i think i bought it with my 2005 tax return. Since i moved into this place, though, it had been turned into a couch every day, which is really taking its toll. It's still a comfy couch, but it's delivering some back aches nightly, so something else is definitely needed. And now we're going to have a place with enough room for both a bed and a couch! Woot!
Baby necessities, a new bed, and a bigger place!? So much stress alleviated. Ahhm.
Now if only a car would come along!
