Bah.
I continue to have a fever and feel achy all over. The neverending congestion flows on. I thought I had gotten over the worse of this earlier this week. That was until I went to a training and threw up on the way there. I'm all for getting rid of toxins and things, but a gentler way to do it would have been nice. I'm taking care of myself, fluids, rest, and so on. I don't think I have enough energy to do much else! So that's where I'm at in a nutshell.
