I love those characters.
If you get a chance, borrow the (or my) second Miss Saigon cd, and listen to #7, "Please". It's a duet between Kim and John, and it is oh so beautiful and I aime it very much.
Moving on.
I've suddenly fallen in love with Sirius and Remus. No idea why, but I just randomly was like: "OMGWTFBBQ I WUV YOU!!11". Which must mean that it's true love.
Hahahaha.
But speaking of which.
I've figured something out. Your soulmate is not necessarily the same person that is your 'one true love'. For example, my parents love each other. But they are sure as HELL not soulmates.
I think I've found my soulmate, but that CERTAINLY doesn't mean that I suddenly want to marry/shag them into next week.
But soulmates aren't the people who you 'love' in the romantic sense of the word. At least, that's what I've found. Platonic love may simply be the extent of what you feel for your soulmate.
OTL (one true love): Someone who you want to spend your life with, come hell, high water, and Alan Rickman.
Soulmate: Someone who understands you, trusts you and who you feel completely at ease with, but not necessarily want to marry. Someone like a sibling to you.
