i failed today HUGELY.
I do not trust myself around ffood at all
i am starting my first ever fast 2morrow not EATING ANY FOOD
no matter how hungry starved famished i am, no matter how much it hurts
then i am going to eat negative calories if i succeed. I AM FASTING its my punishment for being so fat.
I need all the support and encouragment to get there. This is serious now. Im truly not going to eat. Eating is evil. Food is evil. All it takes is one bite...
