Breakfast - Cherry-Lemon Jell O. Tea. Water 2 cups @ least.
Lunch- anything veggie or fruit. NOTHIN ELSE NOT EVEN TOFU. water espresso or tea.
Dinner - more Jello, apples or anythin with 0carbs count, 60 calories or less and 3g of sugar (excdept jello) or less. 5% sodium or less, 3g of fat or less.
