iM LOSING. New strategies. Successful tips.
Drink 1.5 litre bottles of water , buy them @ start in different flavors (i got this from alyssana thanx gurl =)
Look in the mirror and tell myself to be strong. (effective encouragement, LUVVERS it)
Hit the gym a lot, on empty stomach.
(God, I have sooooo far to go =( ...
If I SEE "bad" foods or binge foods...LEAVE THE PREMISES. no seriously though....
The fat war is winning. I am eating everything and turning to binging or lax to "fix it" but it leaves me hungrier as my appetite grows and grows and forces me to eat. I succumb to everything in the kitchen!
Be as disciplined as I used to. No cheese, no dairy except lowfat yogurt, NO CARBS WHATSOEVER NOT EVEN HEALTHY ONES. no sugar, salt high sodium, high cal, high fat, oils.
IT IS TIME TO MELT THIS FAT LIKE A NUCLEAR WEAPON WOULD .....MELT IT. I'LL GIVE IT A WEEK TO ALL BE GONE....(THE EXCESS WEIGHT NOT MY WHOLE WEIGHT HAHA)....AND I AM SERIOUS. if i dont see improvement in a week...............i must take drastic measures.
