So much to do...
Ah...Things are coming together ok I do believe!
I am taking a lot of interesting classes in college...
The classes I have for first semester are as follows:
Music Theory
Lyric Diction
Class Piano
Intro. to music ed
1 hour voice lesson/weekly
1/2 hour piano lesson/weekly
Group rehearsal...I don't know which one yet...
Basic College Algebra (haha)
English Comp.
Should be fun...and it should most definately keep me busy.
I even got my books for my english, piano, and music ed classes already!
The only thing now that I am worried about is the group that they put me into. There are five at Shenandoah...and some are really prestigious(sp?) and some are not so much...
One of them even travels to Italy everyother year to sing in the cathedrals! That would be SO AMAZING!
Their show choir travels all over the east coast every year...
That would just be AMAZING!
Yeah...I need to really practice my sight reading abilites because that is how we try out for the groups. We have to sight read a piece of music...*sigh*
I know that I can do it...but I will just need to keep practicing!...I am so glad that I am an ALTO! *smile*
