One might also dulge upon the fact that the Boston Red Sox have failed to obtain a World Series Championship in the past eighty-six years.

it is true tom gordon has a mustache and he plays for the yankees. but when you flip it around youll see that not ALL red sox have facial hair or long wavy girl hair. of course there will be exceptions. i was merely trying to point out the difference between the IMPORTANT players of each team.

Well if you had any understanding of baseball you would know that Tom Gordon is the Yankees set-up reliever for Tom Gordon and that without him, the Yankees would probably not be where they are now. He only may pitch an inning a game, but he is the best Yankee reliever (other than Rivera) which means he is the second best in the American League.
