More spots but hairy dreams
I went through a low patch - which happens - but now I'm back and in relative top form. I've had a lot of fun working on the herbology thread and in the greenhouse which have really been great especially since I haven't been able to touch my balcony (low white blood cell count).
My spots have come back and I'm fighting them with daily doxy doses which is again starting to work. The good news is that I have my appointment with the "colon cancer spread to liver" specialist on the 7th. I finally feel like this treatment is moving forward. According to my blood results I am "normal" for both of the blood markers they're testing. I'm even cancer-free for one of them! Of course now we have to see about the damage done to my liver and what to do about the two nasty lesions that may still be there. I have a scan on Tuesday and *fingers crossed* they will have reduced in size!
It's funny about my hair. In my dreams, well those that I remember of course, I still have long hair. And when I take of a hat or a bandana I still move my head so as to shake my hair behind my shoulders. I don't know if it will come back bond and curly though - actually I think I would look quite bizarre with blond curly hair but who knows!
My dear Froggy has got quite a number of pots boiling on the stove at the minute. I know he needs a real break but then between his work and taking care of me and keeping the house together he hasn't had time....
I think we'll pop into chat tonight - that always makes him happy.
