Dim Sumshine Sunday
On a scale of one to great today was suuremmoista. We took Anna to dim sum and just cruising through Paris was fun. The skies were blue and the sun shined all day long. After gorging ourselves (despite the fact that we specifically said to ourselves before leaving that we would just eat a little) we waddled out to the car and headed back home, dropping Anna off at La Motte Piquet to hang out with her Finnish buddies. I sorted out the basic setup for Anna's LJ and Froggy got Wiki-ing (his first wiki-article!!!). There was one, minor hiccup when the arseholes on the top floor began using heavy duty power tools at 8pm at night! Luckily the other neighbours sorted out the fourth floor schmucks and we went back to our respective computers (CSI in the background). Anna came home and we broke out the ice cream and tea. It has been a few hours - there's a Morgan Freeman/Christian Slater/Minnie Driver shoot-em-up movie on - we just went through a bar of dark chocolate and we're having tea again: having friends around is such fun! Oooooh look at the time. Froggy has to work tomorrow/today! Well it looks like the movie is over - they've finally killed the bad guy and the soundtrack is getting soppy.
