Another made-up success that I want to record for future dinners.
Cook about half a package of penne. About three minutes before the pasta will be done, throw in two carrots, sliced into thin rounds, and about half a cup of frozen peas. Finish cooking and drain. Put in ovenproof dish, throw a couple of tablespoonfuls of cut-up butter and a cup of shredded parmesan on top to melt. Add a cup of cooked shredded chicken and toss to combine. Drizzle a couple of tablespoonfuls of cream on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
