I spent most of my weekend being creative. One of my colleagues is retiring in a month (after more then 45 years in the company!), and we all had one A4 to write a personal message.
And, despite working with her in the IT department for a year now, I had no idea what kind of deep, meaningful phrase I could give her. :D;
So, I decided to get creative - I used to do all kinds of handicrafts when I was a kid, and I still have most of my stuff. I made her a pretty card in
Pergamano, which I will make a picture off as soon as my camera decides to cooperate. And, uh, if it refuses to do so this evening it'll be impossible; I have to hand in the page tomorrow.
Anyway! I'm going to watch The Usual Suspects now... and hope I won't fall asleep halfway through. I slept so much this weekend, I'm amazed at myself.
(Especially considering the fact that normally I fail at sleeping in beyond eight thirty. I slept until ten this morning, while going to bed at eleven last night!)
Randomly: I can't wait until this week is over. Next Sunday, I'm going to a
Sonata Arctica concert. :D!
[Edit] Looks like my camera is dead. :/
It's been acting wonky ever since we went through the X-ray thing while stepping on the plane to Japan, but now it seems to have died completely. D:
