I'm still pissed off. I made the mistake of getting a coffee Coolatta and bagel at the only Dunkin Donuts near my work.

As always, they simply tossed the bagel in the bag with some butter. If I wanted to butter a cold bagel myself, I would have bought one much cheaper at the Shaws next door. Is it that fucking hard to butter a goddamned bagel

i have had crap like that go down with a local DDs as well, and i think they are afraid of me at this point. Why? because after 5 visits of TOO LIGHT coffee and a BURNED bagel i started checking before i left. and made them re do the order. Am i bitch? maybe so, but if i am going to spend my 4 bucks there, you had better make my food properly. after 4 or five visits where my order was incorrect and re done, i started seeing a change. But i know this doesn't make thigns better for you today.

DD went way downhill after they stopped making donuts in most of their locations, didn't they? But maybe you're too young to remember that.

I agree. I recall being in grade schoola nd going on a trip to our local DD in NY to learn about making donuts. it was awesome. They used to taste SO much better too!
