I decided shortly after (or before, can´t remember) coming here that I wouldn´t write in my lj because it would make me homesick and prevent me from thinking in Spanish. However, after being here eight weeks I´ve gotten pretty much over being homesick every time I think about the US. And it´s just silly to say that this makes me think in English

This all makes me feel rather silly because I've had all of one meaningful conversation with you in my life. But it was about Juanes, so I'm qualified to say that I absolutely love 'Nada Valgo Sin Tu Amor'. And just about every other Juanes song. I used to get tired of the really sappy romantic ones, but being in love changes that, I guess. One of my other friends was complaining that all spanish music has the word "corazon" in it. I disagreed, but then I thought about it, and it was true for a lot of songs. But that's ok:

Anyways, I respect you for doing what I probably should have done. I'll certainly be reading about what you do because I can see myself doing something similar. Plus every time I talk to Brenna she says something like "When Caroline comes back everything will be great!" You are remembered and missed here in MN.
