Originally uploaded by Rock me Dr. Zaius. Two years ago yesterday, I was supervising field day in 102 degree weather slurping snowcones. Two years ago today, I had my little son surgically removed from my body. He was six weeks premature, and the doctor told us he didn't think Julian would make it. What he meant was, he didn't think Julian would make it out of NICU.
I learned an important lesson about watching my words that day. Dumbass.
Anyway, Julian already likes to mock his parents, as well as boss the dog around. ("Frances, stop barking this instant.") He also tries to breakdance. He thinks my name is Daddy. He has a lot to learn.
