this isn't really an update in the traditional sense and i don't know when/if there will be one...
anyway, i have two extra tickets to the sigur ros concert in atlanta on tuesday, september 6. the concert is at the atlanta symphony hall, home of the atlanta symphony (appropriately enough), so it should be an intimate venue with excellent sound quality.
i am selling them for exactly what i paid for them, which is face value plus service charges. this comes to roughly $40 each. i know that is fairly expensive for most of you, but if you are interested in seeing the band, i promise you it will be worth it. this will be my fourth time to see them live and i assure you it will not be a disappointment. the show is likely to sell out sometime this week and previously i have seen scalpers charge about 3 times face value for tickets, if not more.
the tickets are on row F in the balcony near the center of the venue. as an added bonus, you will be sitting almost directly next to my dear roommate. he has also seen them three times previously, so he'll also tell you how great it will be. this is completely first-come, first-serve and i'd like to ensure that the tickets go to someone i know who actually wants to attend the show. just reply if you're interested.
