so i decided to start writing on this lj again because i started a company and being an entrepreneur, is like, crazy. i mean, the idea could very well fail or i could give up. but at least i could have a log of my experiences. like this one:
so, one of dave's classmates (joyce) asked me if i could meet up so we could talk about entrepreneur stuff. she's thinking of starting her own macha company (healthy asian tea stuff) and wanted to get some advice. we met up and i kinda gave her the advice to "go all in." cause then, you'll probably just dabble in stuff and essentially waste everybody's time if you don't fully commit. and it will surely fail if you don't, so either go all in or don't bother. (it's funny how i gave this advice with such conviction, despite the fact that i struggle with this daily). anyhow the guy next to us was eating alone and interrupted our convo. we exchange business cards cause he says he's also an entrepreneur and couldn't agree with that advice more and to keep doing what we are doing. anyway, he ends up emailing me and now we're going to meet up at this tech talk in harlem. he wants to introduce me to people. random day. we'll see where this goes.
