Sooo yesterday, I woke up to the sweet, sweet sound of a voice telling me, "We'd love to have you come work for us". Congratulations, I now work for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf on Sunset and Vine. Go me!
I went on that date with Jeremy last night. He showed up with five roses "for each of the past nights that we've been talking this week". So cute you wanna puke, right?
It was my understanding that we were going to the Americana in Glendale to go eat at the In N Out, something we both really enjoy and it was going to be totally casual. Oh so I thought... I wear tight jeans and boots with my silk jacket, he wore slacks and a TIE. I felt like a sewer rat. I almost asked him to wait so I could go back to the house and change. =/
We were there until 1:30am, I had no idea it had gotten that late. As for a change of scenery, we went up into the mountains and listened to music and we talked some more. He then got out of the car and asked if I wanted to dance.

We got back in the car and made out like a couple of high school kids and, to continue the stereotype, a cop came up and shined his lights on us. Bring on the memories.
I got home at 4am. My first real adult date and it went fantastically well.
